Site Care Client - Support Request

Change requests for Site Care clients that will take longer than 15 minutes to complete will be invoiced at $95 per hour for each additional hour. This is discounted from the standard $125 rate.

We'll email you with a proposal detailing the costs of your updates. You must pay the proposal before we can schedule your edits. If the total is more than $400, you will have the option to pay a 50% deposit to schedule the edits.

For more complex requests, we'll typically suggest a 30 minute chat to clarify your needs. There is no charge for this call.
