What types of support can I request?
As a Site Care client, you are able to request 15 minute fixes at no additional charge.
Typical requests might include:
- A tutorial or reminder for how to edit something on your site
- Update text or an image on a page
- Activate or deactivate a popup or form
- Ask for advice for a workflow (ex. client onboarding process)
- Suggestions for time-saving apps and automations
Most Site Care requests are scheduled for the up-coming Friday. If you need something done sooner, please let me know.
What if it takes more than 15 minutes?
No problem! If your request is going to take a little more time, I'll email you an estimate at a discounted hourly rate.
Once payment is complete, I'll schedule your edits.
If the total is more than $400, you'll have the option to pay a 50% deposit to schedule the edits & the remaining balance when they're complete.
For complex changes, I suggest scheduling a 30 minute chat to clarify your needs.
There's no charge for this call.
Do I need a webmaster?
If you have a regular need for more complex edits, you will likely save money with my monthly for webmaster services.

A little more about webmaster services
You can use Webmaster time to ask me to troubleshoot something, editing existing content, create new pages, or add new functionality to your site.
But it goes far beyond that, as your Webmaster, I can create automations and integrations that save you time & money. I can build sales funnels integrating your sales pages with Mailchimp or other platforms, I can integrate your website forms with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and through your CRM, I can create automated business processes that save you time while making sure none of your clients fall through the cracks. The possibilities are practically endless.
Sure, each of these tasks can be done as a separate project, with the whole proposal, deposit, payment, launch process. But, that means waiting for a space in my project calendar and it means paying my standard rates. As your Webmaster, I'm always available for the time you've contracted, and you'll get the best possible rate.
Note: Webmaster time is not retained time. These hours expire at the end of each month.
